AShop offers a free* delivery service to most areas within our delivery network. See below for further conditions.

Monday to Friday - Guaranteed Same Day Delivery (Excluding Public Holidays)

  • Within our AShop Delivery Network, we offer a free* delivery service to MOST business addresses by 5pm and MOST residential addresses by 7pm. Should a specific time delivery outside these parameters (e.g. 2pm delivery) be required, the order will be sent on a sent on a priority service and charged at the customer’s expense. If your order has been placed online, a AShop representative will contact you to notify you of the additional charges required for your timed delivery request.

     
  • GENERALLY, your order must be placed by 10:00am on the desired day of delivery in order for it to be sent on our free* delivery service. NOTE: Conditions may apply for this as it largely depends on the distance of your desired delivery location.

     
  • It is often possible for AShop to still offer same day delivery for orders placed after 10am, especially if the destination is within close proximity to our nearest location to the point of delivery. Please be mindful that additional charges may apply depending on the time of day your order is placed and/or depending on the distance to which you require delivery.

Saturday Deliveries 
Although we will try our very best to deliver according to your time request on Saturday, we cannot guarantee any specific timed deliveries on this day. All deliveries will be securely delivered up to 7:00pm. For same day delivery, all orders must be placed before 10am on Saturday.

Saturday Deliveries for Brisbane
Deliveries to Brisbane on Saturday are restricted due to limited courier services. Regrettably we cannot service all the delivery areas that we are able to offer on our weekday free* delivery service. Your order will incur an additional delivery surcharge depending on the distance from dispatch. All orders must be placed before 10am AEST to be completed on the same day. If your order requires a delivery surcharge, a AShop representative will contact you to notify you of any charges or restrictions and to discuss alternative delivery arrangements.

Sunday Deliveries 
Available only in limited Sydney Metro and Canberra (ACT) areas. Orders for Sunday deliveries must be placed before 12pm on Saturday (a minimum surcharge of $19.50 will apply for all Sunday deliveries). All requests/orders for delivery received after 12pm on Saturday will be processed on the following Monday. If your order has been placed online, a AShop representative will contact you to notify you of the additional charges required for your Sunday delivery.

Online orders placed on Saturday and Sunday 
ALL orders placed after 12pm on Saturday and at any time of day on Sunday will be processed on the following Monday morning. Any specific information about your delivery will be forwarded to you at that time. When ordering online, please clearly indicate any specific delivery requests in the ‘Special Requirements’ field on the order page.

Public Holiday Deliveries
Please be advised that delivery restrictions within our AShop Delivery Network may vary between States on public holidays. A minimum surcharge of $19.50 may apply and specific timed deliveries may also be unavailable on these days. If you place an order for an area to which we are not servicing on a public holiday, a AShop representative will contact you to notify you of any restrictions and to discuss alternative delivery arrangements.

Nationwide Areas Outside AShop Delivery Network
Although we can promise the freshest quality of seasonal flowers and delivery through one of our national affiliates, we are unable to offer our signature AShop branding and ongoing monthly specials to areas located outside our AShop Delivery Network. We advise that delivery may take between up to 24 hours and weekend delivery conditions may vary. The recommended time frame to place any order for delivery is the day before you require delivery. To view our full product range for areas outside our delivery network, please visit the Nationwide section of our website. While we aim to match the flowers presented on this site to your order, due to seasonal factors this is not always possible. Therefore, our pictures should be used as a guide only.

Note: We do require a local contact telephone number for the recipient.

International Deliveries
International orders can be placed online and delivered worldwide. Flowers will be supplied by one of over 10,000 affiliated suppliers located throughout the world. Although we undertake to guarantee the freshest quality of seasonal flowers, we are unable to offer our signature AShop branding and ongoing monthly specials. Please be advised that international deliveries can take up to 48 hours.

Notification of Delivery Fees
Should delivery restrictions or additional charges apply for your order placed online, you will be contacted by a AShop Internet Sales Consultant by telephone and if unsuccessful, then via email. You will receive an automatic email confirmation of receipt of your order shortly after your order is submitted. This does not mean that your order and delivery requirements have been processed, only that your order has been successfully placed online. Once your order has been processed by our Internet Team you will receive a second email confirmation stating a 5 digit numeric order number for your reference.

Note: We do require a valid phone number and email address on your order to assist in contacting you immediately should one of our Sales Team have any questions or concerns regarding your order.
